An interesting individual nicely demonstrating the avian great capability to heal broken bones very effectively. This bird had a clearly broken but healed leg. This can be quite recent as you can still see the swollen place where the bones fused together. When this injury will be fully healed, it is possible it will not be noticeable anymore. Side note: broken bones on waders are actually quite frequent.
